The instructions are saying to enter the pin and apply pressure and pull the cable out. It will not come off. :( Outer sleeve of the cable is turning freely in the helm, pushing and pulling on the cable I can feel being locked both ways, The pin feels like it's going over something square but...
Need to find prop with pitch in range of 20 - 22 for Mercury ELPT 2004 before I decide to buy it.
