Is this motor still well supported for buying parts? I been told you pay for the motor when you buy a boat and I do not want to buy a motor that can not be maintained or rebuilt. This motor is 28 years old so it may just have the basic tune-up parts available.

I have just brought home a Tom Sawyer deep V boat. It has a tag on it 'TMRW0114M73F'. Trying to figure out what this all gives for information; TMRW-Model? 0114-114th one built? M73- May 1973? F-?
