    ok so i found a manual for a 65 mercury 800 but mine is a 6 cyl and this manual says its for 3-4 cyl. would this manual work for me? i did find one on ebay but the dang thing is going for 95 plus shipping! call me cheap i lol but it is a little pricey if you ask me!

    I have been looking for a service manual for my outboard motor but can't seem to find anywhere! It's a 1961 mercury 800 80hp 6 cyl! I have found a manual for a 65 but nothing older. Does anyone know where u can get one? Or would the 65 manual work on my engine?
