    1067 evinrude engine tranny cut off switch

    hi peps, I got a 67 evinrude 60hp that wont start. I came to 2 conclusion. 1. my starter wont spin. 2. I believed the manual said their is a cut off switch is installed to prevent starting the engine if im in gear. My control box seems to not let me switch gear back and forth i think...

    Gas???????????

    HI peps, I got a 67 evinrude 60hp any ideas how much gas i should be burning. I went on 6 gallon of gas in less than 1 hour is that even possible. How do we determine the gas usage on this motor? Is it burning too much excessive gas? Any tips much appreciate. Thanks
