    1978 35hp evinrude ignition wiring

    I hope someone can help. I need to know where the wires go on my ignition unit. I only have five wires, purple, black, red, black/yellow and yellow. There are six pins on the unit and I don't know which one is not used.

    suzuki NA12S

    I have no spark on my 1978 DT50 - does it have a kill switch because I cannot seem to find one? where are the fuses located? I started it the other day and it started what seemed like full revs then cut out now I don't have a spark on either plug. Can anyone help please?
