:confused:I recently put a new prop on my 1998 oceanpro 200hp. the new prop is 14.5 x 19 stainless. Recently i have noticed increased fuel consumption and a black colored oil substance building up under the engine cover to the extent that it drains out when the engine is tilled up. Please help !!!!
