    Horse Power upgrade

    I have a 1991 Johnson 9.9hp Long shaft. I've heard the only difference between a 9.9 and a 15 is the carb. Is that all there is to it....switching to a 15's carburetor ?

    I found a 1966 Evinrude 6hp Fisherman at a garage sale. It had been sitting for years, but it fired right up and runs great....but there seems to be a problem. There is a small hole on the underneath side of the anti-cavitation plate. Oil is dripping out of it (yikes!). Is this normal? What...
