    70 Johnson 25 hp cant kill engine

    modle 25r70c ok here it is, i want to go to a 6 termal switch with a push button choke, but I get it to start and runs great but cant sut the engine down. I know that the 2 black wire go to the M and M on the switch but it wont shut it off,,so then i put it back to the original push button kill...

    1970 25 hp flywheel torque

    thanks to the sugestion on my last post I am all fired up with great spark but now i need to know What the torque is for the fylwheel nut, the model is 25r70c of course a johnson thanks

    1970 Johnson 25hp no spark on top cylinder

    Hey i got a 25 model 25r70c and the top cylinder is getting no spark but bottom is good to go. i was thinking that it might be a bad coil, maybe a bad plug wire or the points and condensor. Just looking for some input to see if what I am thinking right, much apperiacted
