    I'm going to replace my manifolds and risers that only have a water inlet on the bottom of the manifold with a set that has water inlet on riser and manifold. Where does the water line connect from that goes to the manifold? From pictures I've determined that the riser is fed from the thermostat...

    5.7 Mercruiser MPI won't stay running

    Just swapped over from a v6. Has new IACV and TPS. Fresh rebuild. Starts and idles great for a few seconds, then dies. Unplug TPS, runs at a high idle (1100 rpm or so) for as long as its unplugged. If I shift into gear immediately after starting it runs great makes good power all the way...
