hey guys i own a 03 50hp (non bigfoot) 4stroke efi outboard. yesterday it started over reving under load. it runs fine at low rpm but when i try to plane out it over revs. the prop is stainless and in very good condition. does this motor have a clutch system in the foot? if so how hard would it...
