    89 evinrude runs rough, wont accelerate under load

    1989 25 hp starts, but will only idle if i push choke every 10 sec or so. I've replaced the entire fuel delivery system, and gunk-out the carb but little change. Also cleaned and re-checked plug gap. Any ideas would help. GDC
