    Craked LU Case

    I've got a 1976 Merc 200 20 hp short shaft with a cracked lower unit case. Is there any way to repair 1 (weld, epoxy)? If not does anyone have a case out there? I checked ebay but found nothing.

    As I was in the process of changing the impeller on my 1976 200 20 hp merc I notice an issue with the gears. After draing the lu oil the prop wouldn't turn the motor over (it did b4 this) it makes a clicking noise. I went ahead with the impeller replace and turned the flywheel to reassemble...
