    I HAVE A 4.5 SERIAL NUMBER A104756 WHAT YEAR IS THIS, BROWN TRIM ? Do these motors run with the gas vent open or closed on the tank? Motor will kill if slowed down to under ? throttle, do you think carb or fuel pump?
