I have 4.5 hp; it will not idle down without stalling. I have replaced points; cleaned carb had a tech person tell me it is something electrical; will run very well in all ranges other than idling. Will a coil either work or not work at all speeds, will a condenser work or not work, stator plate? Any help would be appreciated. Trying to save a little money they want $120 just to look at this
