    Welding Aluminum

Okay guys, good news, I threw my spool gun to the curb and spent a bunch of time on the interweb looking for tig welders that wouldn't cost as much as a redone Starcraft does in Canada. If it says Miller or Lincoln up here it is $3000.to $4000 Eastwood.com has a Tig 200 that will weld up to 1/4...

    Fuel pump Filter

What's the consensus on eliminating the filter that is in the fuel pump on older 120/140 Mercruisers. I have a spin-on water separating filter as well as the little filter in the carb, when I asked the local marine service outlet they said to get rid of it as it's not needed??

    Shift interrupt problems

1981 Mercruiser 140 . In an earlier post after changing the shift cable gimbal bearing and bellows I was having trouble engaging reverse. I followed Achris's video instructions to a T and got reverse, it did take almost full travel in the slotted hole to attain this. At that time it was...

    Just a little Rant!!!

So I don't know about the rest of you my age, born 1956, but my parents raised me with a fairly strict hand and the need to have respect for your elders, and obey the law. Now I went through my rebellious period, but grew out of that real quick at 19 with a wife and child. Never did anything...
