I tried my hand at some of the interior upholstery on the 330. I used Eversoft 4 way stretch faux leather vinyl.
I reupholstered the forward berth headboards, the the courtesy seat.

If youre worried about a poly product sticking to epoxy, just use a layer of vinylester as a tie coat. It works fine. You still have to wash off the blush tho with water.

I recently did the same repair on my Century CC , I v-grooved the cracks with a rotary, filled and faired with 3m vinyl ester compound, and sprayed color matched gel with Duratec. Its basically un noticeable now
I see boat trader has 2 available in FL, one at $22,900 and another over $35k. Anything can be fixed and if ur willing to put in the effort and funds, you can fix it. Maybe offer a few K less to cover materials, PPE, and tools and repair it.
