    What condition is the primer bulb in when it acts up? If it's compressed try pumping it and open the gas cap and see what happens.

    Check the fuel filter. What condition is the primer bulb in? Was it compressed or normal? Try pumping it when the motor starts to die. What's the level of gas in the tank? Does the motor die as the boat gets on plane? Loosen the gas cap and try it.

    Have you checked the fuel filter, 2 stroke oil level? What condition is the fuel primer bulb when the motor acts up? Is it collapsed or normal?     Just to confirm, did you use a digital voltmeter to measure the voltage and not depend on a built in meter on the chargers?

    Mine is installed with the "gills" parallel with the boat. There won't be that much pressure to damage anything. Install a seacock.
