    This. If you haven't actually measured the hubs with a digital caliper, you may have the wrong size BB. Can you tell the difference between 1.930", 1.968", and 1.980" ? Or 1.810" and 1.781" ?

    Sorry, I don't have any service manuals or diagrams for the old suzukis. Search on line for a wiring diagram or service manual that covers your motor serial number.

    Wires on ignition switch are damaged , loose, not connected to correct terminals, or the switch went bad internally. At the other end, wire not connected, or bad ground connection.
