    What is this noise?! It doesn't make this noise when it's reved up in neutral, only when in gear under a load. I've pull the unit off and the u joints look and feel good. The gimbal bearing also looks and feels good. What do I need to check next? Exhaust shutters?

    1957 evinrude 35hp problems running

    I was able to get the motor started and running. Sounded great. Shut it off and tried to restart it. It would start sounding like it was going to turn over and then sudder real bad and that is it. Cant get it started again. Where do I start troubleshooting? Thanks.

    How to adjust the linkage

    I need help with how to adjust the linkage on a 1972 Johnson 20. Is it one of the screws by the lever, and if it is what do I do with it. I believe this is why my motor is slipping out of forward into neutarl. Thanks for the help.
