well here is the tear down of the exhaust gasket
after a good visual. I had a lot of carbon deposit on cylinder. but the gasket is still intact the plate is a bit warped...
would the tear be obvious in regards of the gasket?

here are some pics as per Jiggs request...
I tried both plugs off and plugs in without the one testing.
one pic is the plugs after use about 1 hour on the water
other is the "the wet test" exept for cylinder 4 it had a very little fuel the others were bone dry...
here my motor ready to go in the water...
what do you think the hesitation is?
I put timing light on each plug no misfire, float are adjusted with carbs immaculate...
transparent fuel filter before carbs full and primer bulb rock hard
any ideas??

I have a 125 1987.
I recently changed the head gasket during the winter months.
I followed the process of torque,
last year I had 141 on all 4 cylinders now im getting 125 on all 4.
can my compression gauge be the reason or a weak battery could do that?

question is are all force 125 from 1983 and up are the same?

I think I blew the valves trying to clean them with my air compressor.
air flow and carb cleaner can go both ways now and I still cant find the part number for my valves

imassuming the black stuff is not part of the gasket.
when I rubbed it the black stuff coming apart like fiber material

well Im pretty sure I did not do the right procedure for installing the exhaust gasket.
I did the gasket with black gasket maker and never retorque it after initial installation
1st question should I just retorque if so at what poundage?

I looked all over the place on the transducer and there is no indedification on the cable or the
