i reoved the jets on both carbs and dropped then in a container and then remembered they are not the same. one goes on top as the other goes on the bottom.

Well its that time of year to change the oil in the lower unit. The color of the oil is a very light coffee..
I checked the pressure with one of my vacum pump.
It shows around 8lbs when i go 10 it does not hold more. Im i supposed to have the oil removed or with oil inside...

i was soo happy finally my engine electrical been solved now i know i got a lower unit issue with my controls.
here is the symptom.
#1 when i engaged the controls and heard the usual "clunk" going in forward gear, i heard the little grinding noise like...
well i have connected my cdi boxes and finally my engine runs amazing at even 900 rpms...
but as i was playing around with kill wires i disconnected and got a shock from them..
should there be voltage threw the kill wires? if soo how much?

i have a 1989 force 125, with the plugs out grounded i could clearly see all cylinders firing but the cylinder #1 firing continuously.
i have swapped in and out 5 different cdi moduals and almost all react differently. i.e 2 cylinder not firing or 1 weak spark etc...

i have 600 on one set and 625 on the other.
cdi ignition say the specs are 680-850. does less restance means i have more power or vice versa?
because when you buy a new one the restance is 300 to 400.
can my low restance be the reason for my low spark?

im still having problems with my ignition.
i check resistance on all components and i receive 200v from stator.
i did see that on outbordignitionstating there should no voltage coming out from the magneto (white wire) i did find 0.5v is that an issue.
i do see the dc voltmeter...
