The iboats forum moderators are excited to announce that at this time it appears the iboats forums posting pictures function is working once again. Though we cannot promise for how long, we're hoping for indefinitely.
 Used your suggestion in the use of an abrasive cleaner and a scotchgard pad. Worked great on the oxidation on my boat. Was prepared to buy a sander/polisher, wool compound pads, etc. to bring the finish back. Used your idea and Mequires auto cleaner/wax and it looks great. Thank you...
Interested in doing some night fishing. I was wondering if it is legal to replace the bow light w/ another stern light while anchored. I know the written rules of night boating and have the reqiured lignting while under way, but was looking for a way of adding more light while anchored.
:) Read discussions about monster (misspelled mobster, sorry) tabs on bass boats and my boat is in my signature. I think it is similar to yours. I have trouble with porpoising at 20mph and was wondering if these would help? got any pictures of your setup? Any other reccomendations?
the bass boat I have is stated in my signature. cannot seem to stop porpoising. started with the motor trimmed fully down and raised it in steps occording to the trim guage. no good. started with the cavatation plate in line with the stern bottom, the same. comes up on plane in a timely manner...
I have a 1988 Mariner 150 Mag II. An exact copy of the Mercury 150 XR4. How do you remove and replace tilt/trim solenoids? can't seem to be able to get to the bolts. can feel them, not able to get a wrench on them.
