    i just bought a used stratos 285 pro(1989) and am having trouble with the trolling motor.. in the back there are 2 batteries and 4 wires(2red, 2black) the plug on the front has 3 wires. when i turn the switch to 24 volt nothing happens. 12 volt it runs.. how do i get it to run both 12 and 24 or...
