I didn't know where else to post this.
The wood in my hull got 'soaked' over the winter. It's a 19' (with a merc).
It's now stored in a garage with the bow cranked up. Any suggestions on how to best dry her out?

I just went to a 19" pitch prop as it seems to give best over performance
but I need just a couple extra HP to get my RPM's right
I already converted to electronic ignition

i just rebuilt a 165hp Mercruiser I/O - new crank/cam/pistons etc - done by a pro shop
I think the carb needs a rebuild - lacking HP on top end and bogs under fast throttle up
