    motor wont run now

    I bought a boat with a mercury 165.....65 horse power motor on it. The guy showed me it ran. I took it to the water and it ran for 1/2 mile and sputtered stop. It ran sluggish to begin with and now wont stay started. the serial number on the motor is 3812034. where can I go to get manual?? where...
