    Loss of power

    I just bought a 1998 25EH from a state surplus auction. I checked it out, cleaned it up, new plugs, fresh fuel, and it fired up and ran great at home. It looks like a new motor. The skeg is not even scratched. But, the starter and prop was removed and did show a few signs that it had beed used...
