    I don't recall there being a ton of space back from the hatch. The boat is sealed up for winter, so I can't check, but I think there is maybe 3-4 inches back from the hatch? If they fit sideways that may work. Site says they are ~6.75 wide and ~13 long. Not sure how wide the lockers would be...

    I have a 2019 Mercury 225XL, and the reason I wanted to do Lithium was to keep the weight down. An AGM based setup would be ~225lbs where the Lithium is going to be ~66lbs. With how small my boat is that weight difference feels noticeable.

    Thanks, yeah the back isn't ideal for weight, though up front the only spot that seems to make sense is in the deck which seems far from ideal. In terms of gas, I don't think that's a problem with lithium batteries?

    I checked voltage at the terminals that go to the switch. Sounds like I need to take that back cover off and test further. There is red, while, black, orange as well as a grey bundle of wires. I did have someone test with me to see if the lights were just off and no movement happened.

    The radio full up is less volume than I'd get out of my cell phone playing music. I have actually used speaker phone to call people while on plane and heard them better than I can my VHF. I wonder if it is because it is so low or if the speaker is just horrible.

    Why would you be removing the outdrive frequently? As for needing it often, I have my boat (21ft center console) in a slip and I use my trailer 2x a year. Buddy with an I/O cuddy does the exact same.
