    Repairing pitting in aluminum pontoons

    I have a pontoon that we use on saltwater. The salt is getting traped between the carpet on the runners and the pontoons causeing them to oxedize and pitt. Does anyone know of an epoxy or filler that can be used to fill the holes and coat the pontoons with to stop this problem?
