    What kind of roller did you use (type and size)? Any technique suggestions? What are the pros/cons of using a roller vs brush? I'm definitely going to gelcoat the bilge but also thinking about doing the entire deck, then use seadek on top of that.

    Got the stringers and bulkheads cut out and fitted. Forgot to double check the length on the ski locker sides after the bulkhead was fitted. They ended up being about 1/2" short. I was able to salvage the longer one by using it in place of the shorter one so only wasted one of them.

    Motor mounts are installed. Covered the bottoms and sides with CSM before installing them. Height and levelness (word?) are dead on so looking good in terms of engine fit. For reference, I ended up using about 20oz of PB for each mount.

    Thanks for the feedback. I'll pursue the laminated ply. On the keyhole, the original was gel coated I think. I was thinking about this before and my initial thought was to csm the sides. Seems straightforward.
