    what is the role the line from the front air intake to the bottom of engine looks like a vacuum line and could that be the reason for my missing at higher rpm, line was broken.

    tach jumping, runs rough after 3000rpm

    1977 johnson 115 motor has been sitting for 3 years because of this problem it has been to two shops and 3800 dollars later same thing, runs alright to around 3000 rpm starts cutting out and bogging down tach works after giving gas but sits on 0 at idle checked stater at idle 7 volts 14 volts...
