    Am I missing a part here?

    Lots of water comes out of this hole while running on muffs or while in a barrel with no muffs. I don't see any cracks in the new water pump housing or any other obvious issues. Am I missing a part or some kind of plug here?

    My 1959 18 hp Evinrude tiller rotates left and right way too easy. I am wondering if the is a friction adjustment. If I release the throttle handle momentarily the motor will pivot left or right in a heart beat. Not good for trolling. Would like to tighten this movement up some. TIA
