    I got it out!! I found a screw on either side hidden by carpet! I used a magnet and it found them! Thanks everyone for your help!

    What do you mean live well bolts? The panel is loose all the way around the live well

    Yes, there are 2 bars going across. But the deck is loose from that as I took the pedestal off

    I'm trying to recarpet my boat. I have been trying to get the rear casting deck off for 3 days with no luck. I've gone over it five million times to see if i've missed anything.But I don't see anything at all. It literally won't budge! I can't find build schematics anywhere for this boat either...

    Yes...that is correct! I took her out today for the first time after about an hour of syncing. I was determined and she's running smoothly finally!

    Yeah I've been around cars my whole life and never used a timing light. I didn't even know you hooked it to something lol. The vacuum guage is just to sync the pressure of your carbs.
