    Good...that was the question, was it the "LX" carb. Make a high-speed run and then shut it down, don't idle. Let it cool some and pull a plug or two and read them...see if you are running lean or rich.

    lol...yeah, you have a lot of issues. Start with the tach, you are NOT getting 6,000 rpm with that little mouse motor...period. I've never seen even a REALLY healthy 4.3 swing a 23" prop...ever...even with a 1.81:1 ratio...just isn't possible. Stick with tried-and-true props of 14.75"...
