    75hp evinrude putting out 16 volts

    Model is e75tlcrd. 1984 75hp. The voltage at plain batter is 12.6 or so. Under throttle the vtage goes up to about 16 v or so. Is this normal? Do these motors have voltage regulators?

    Fuel line size issue.
