Distributor advance curve for a heavy boat

Slow and heavy = Slow timing advance.

Screw Hole Repair / Below Water Line

Yeah, Marine Tex epoxy is what I was thinking of.

Screw Hole Repair / Below Water Line

I would probably find a shorter screw that doesn't poke through and put it in with marine epoxy.

    Crooked boat on trailer

Add some full length side (guide) boards to the trailer. I had endless problems loading mine until I had the boards added to the trailer. Best $1500 I have spent on the boat.

    Electrical question

Maybe isolation diodes, but not resistors.

    Breaker

Yes that is overkill or laziness.

Alarm Going Off for Mercruiser 350 Mag MPI

There are more sensors on your boat than you can imagine. You need a code reader, I purchased one several years ago and it has more than paid for itself.

Is talormade curved windshield really glass?

If you tap on it with something metallic, you can tell the difference.

    Faulty sending/sensors?

There are actually a lot more than 3 sensors that are monitored by the ECM. You either need to purchase a code reader or have a shop connect theirs.

    I/O in a tritoon

I'm not a fan of anything OMC. IMO a toon should be powered by an outboard.

Neede help identifying OMC stern drive

The OMC stringer was a really poor design. It was discontinued in 1987 because Mercruiser's patent expired. I had a 1986 OMC and gave up on it in 2005 because a lot of parts were discontinued and what you could get were stupid expensive. It is really too bad since I liked the boat it was in.

    Ease of towing larger boat

With a 3/4 ton truck you could tow weekly with no issues. That is what we do and that is through mountains and temps over 110 degrees.

    Engine alarm won’t stop

You either need a code reader or find someplace that does. Everything else is just conjecture.

    2003 4.3L warning alarm horn TB-V alpha

There are actually a lot more than 3 sensors that are monitored by the ECM. You either need to purchase a code reader or have a shop connect theirs. The most common fault on mine is the water pressure sensor. In the 16 years I have owned my boat it has failed 4 times and the water pump has...

So... I want to buy a boat, but I know nothing about them.

As mentioned by others there was very little demand. It was hard finding one in 2005 when we purchased ours new. AFAIK there are none being made now. FWIW we have had a cuddy cabin since 1987 and they are exactly what we need. If we had to find a replacement I don't know what I would do.

Replacement Tires for dual axle trailer?

And when you have a blowout on the Freeway in Holiday traffic you are going to loose more than a tire. I have had tires blowout that maybe only hurt the fender. But one blowout in particular cost me $7000 in repair and freaking out about 8 either vehicles.

Replacement Tires for dual axle trailer?

I gave up on Goodyear trailer tires several years ago and have had good luck with Carlisle tires. Yeah they are made in China, but haven't had blowouts like with the Goodyears.
