    I have tried the wet sanding and buffing cure for a faded boat a couple of times and it works just fine but here in Florida even that doesn't last more than a year or so. I was wondering if anybody has ever tried after sanding and buffing using a coat of clearcoat instead of wax?

    When buying new leaf springs

    How do you determine the correct weight capicity to buy? Let's assume the boat, motor & trailer weigh 3,200 lbs. Would 1,600 lb springs do the trick or is there some safety factor involved? One would assume the safety factor to be built into the springs?
