    2hp Johnson for intex mariner 4

    So.... I know I won't be getting on a plane in my mariner 4 but how fast could I expect to go with a 2hp? I'm currently using a 30lb trolling motor and I want to double my 3mph tips with that. I'm picking the outboard up today provided that it runs well in the test.

    solstice any good?

    I've seen some solstice boats that are really well priced with aluminum slat floors....what concerns me is the fabric material is only 500 denier....hell even my mariner 4 is 1000 and other saturns I've been eyeing are 1100....anyone have one of these? or opinions? Thanks
