    Home wiring question Additional info 8/10

    I have a florescent light fixture controlled by 2 switches (3 way?) However even with the switch/switches in the off position the lines measure about 50 volts. What/where should I start looking, switches or the actual wiring it's self?

    computer networking question

    I have our network Ethernet cable hooked to a wireless router and although it works for the internet I cannot access any of the other drives on our server. However if I hook the Ethernet cable directly to my lap top it gives me complete access. what gives???
