    Laceyville on a fishfinder?

This is a very curious post, so after a little research it's said that there a 3 towns under water in that lake. Don't know if that's true but it's kind of neat

    Cobra sx outdrive

You'll probably need to pull the motor as was said, 99% of the time that's the only way to get to it. there's an O ring in there but you should check to mahe sure the mating surfaces are ok, I had one that was corroding and needed to replace the Y pipe

    SX-M Lower Gear Housing

I don't know where your located but I have found that a marine salvage yard is a good place to start. Find a lower unit that's locked up or bent shaft or something , get it as cheap as you can then strip it down as long as the housing you need is not damaged

1999 Volvo Penta 4.3L starter ring gear grinding

There are probably shims missing, any parts store or starter shop would have them. What happens is someone before you has changed the starter or at least had it off and never put the shims in it, then when you hit the key the starter Bendix hits the teeth on the fly wheel instead of engaging...

    Scrap boat or sell it.

I agree with Thom W, around here if it floats(sometimes if it doesn't) it's worth at least 500, more likely closer to 1k. Scraps not paying very well these days

    Steering actuator vibration

Sounds to me like there is air trapped in the system or getting into it some how. Does it go away after it runs for a few minutes?

    Milky oil

That metal plate is the gasket if it's original equipment VP, do your self a favor and use an after market gasket that's not metal. That metal gasket can and will fail making you think you need manifolds and risers. Had it happen on a couple different boats

    Milky oil

Sometimes things expand and contract at different rates, I've herd of cases where people run there engine and get it up to temp, shut it off then launch it into cold water and all of a sudden there's a leak . Like Scott said pull the manifolds and risers and look for rust trails

Volvo Penta 5.7 GL water on all spark plugs, and engine stalls due to high oil level or hydrolock.

If the oil you took out wasn't milk shacked did it smell like gas? Are you in salt or fresh water? If an engine is running rich enough say like a float in the carb stuck you can get gas in the oil. If it truly was water or check your fuel you might have got water in your fuel, pull the...

I don't know if there is a seal kit for that actuator, 6-7 years ago I had a leak in my actuator on the Larson and had to replace the actuator
