    Yes just one bolt on that one and I guess the other side is a pivot point.Just wish I could find out what the silver rod is ? Looks to attach under the bracket.

    The retaining plate/bracket in question is "Aft" of the trim switch or lower in the pic.The pic is prior to my changing out the switch.The switch and switch bracket is in the top of the pic.
