Lower pump housing is not wanting to come out .. Screws on the side are out .. soaking the studs with WD .. slightly tapping on the top of studs for some vibration..
Heat ? Or try and back the studs out with vise grips maybe ?
I surely don’t want to ring the studs off …
They don’t have the upper gasket for the water pump housing .
Luckily they have the lower one .
I tore that one .
The upper one looks to be still in not bad shape .
Any other source for these ?
The water pump base just pulls straight up right ? The inside diameter of the merc oil seal compared to the Sierra seal sure looks different . As a rule the merc /quicksilver parts are preferred over the Sierra right ?
Our running back gets his helmet ripped off on the way into the end zone and some how he get a penalty for not stopping with the ball in his hands . Don’t understand that call
I want to put the LU in the blast cabinet for paint prep . I guess I should plug all the holes and seal it up as best as possible ..The whole shift shaft assembly looks kinda scary to me . Is there any reason I should be digging into that ?
