Something isn’t right here. If it’s a 1992 it came with a mechanical pump. If it has an electric pump then somone converted it. If that’s the case it’s probably an aftermarket set up. In either case you have to rig up a pressure gauge to find out what’s happening. If the pump is bad changing the relay won’t do anything. It’s a bit of a pain to get the correct fittings (I had to go to a hot rod shop no one else had any idea) but was able to rig up a good set up for checking pressure, volume & vacuum.
