On my 2003 Maxim With Mercruiser sterndrive, I have a OILDYNE TRIM PUMP but i can't find the Manual relief valve. Do I need to take the cover off the motor to get to it? I've looked at the manual but it's unclear. I want to verify my pistons aren't frozen stuck.
