Engine serial # 6662018 Can some please help me with what elbows to get? I need to know whether to get the 7 degree 4 inch outside or the 14 degree 3 inch outside. Confused. Also, from mercury, I try to only get the OEM parts. Does the elbow come with the gasket like the manifold does?

really dumb quesiton but i can't find the bolts anywhere! Where do I find the bolts to tighten the tension on the steering of a old tiller johnson??? It is way to loose for me to be comfortable with.
