I have a 1979 Evinrude 115, the tilt and trim recently started to bleed down after lifting. I have reasonable mechanical ability. Do I dare attempt rebuilding the t&t hydraulic system? Where do I start?
Also, where can I find the special tool used to remove the end caps?
