Has the fuel-pump been inspected? what problem ??with the bulb??
Please be as clear as possible when describing a problem "we" are not mind readers, nor interested in guessing
Use as prescribed or equivalent.
Suggestion..... don't apply the loctite on the bolts for connecting-rod caps UNTIL you have a perfect fit, then remove & apply one by one
Looks good, just make sure you have enough/long screw in the critical joints.
Just a suggestion.....
-You could shorten the one end (prop side) so it would take up less room in the garage
-made it a little wider so a water barrel could fit between the supports and sit on the entire assembly
A damaged skeg does not affect the steering/moving the boat, it is mostly there to protect the prop.
A closer inspection of the the prop-shaft(IF bent) & color of oil (gray/milky) will tell its condition
Repairing this motor is for having a motor (or spare?) not for profit, if you want profit...
This is matter of opinion(s) there's equal amount that would state the opposite
Finding parts can be a daunting task(not impossible/cheap) but neither is the boat you're working on
Looks like the pistons are still in the block, the cylinder-wall would need to be inspected for scores
They are...
