i have a johnson 150 sea horse and it starts ok and idles at high speed just fine, but when i lower the idle speed lever all the way down to regular idle speed, it will die after about 15 seconds. also, when pulling a tube, it takes a few seconds before it will "get up and go". are the carb jets...
