I bought a 2004 Glastron 180 SX last year and it topped out at 40mph at 4600 rpm, now I can only get to about 25mph at 4600 rpm. I replaced the prop with the same pitch (19) and it didn't help. Any ideas of what to do to get my power back??
My outdrive is caked with algae and scum from sitting in the water (fresh water) all season. Power washing did not remove everything. Can someone tell me the easiest way to get this clean without damaging anything?? I have heard using CLR, hydrogen peroxide, and muriatic acid all work well...
I own a 2004 Glastron and the warning horn came on yesterday and will not shut off. The temperature gauge and oil pressure gauge are both good, and the intake line is clear. Anything else I can check to see why its going off?? Help!
