This things like an old weedeater to start....takes forever when first splashed, but once started will start right up after that all day long. Thoughts on how to start correctly when cold ? Choke works, primer bulb getting firm. What's the "SOP" for starting cold weedeater !! :D

As an update: I figured out that it looks like the tilt/trim was located on the engine of the bayliners. Hence why there was no mounting holes for one on the boat. With that said, this tilt/trim will have to be mounted inside the boat...
