I posted a question a few days ago about fuel spurting from underneath electronic boxes. Laddies correctly diagnosed the problem: a leaking fuel bleeder line.
The line end was damaged and not even attached to the nozzle, so I want to remove it and replace it, however the other end is attached...
I have a 2 Stroke 1982 150HP Mercury Black Max. It stinks when it runs, worse than other 2 strokes. And it appears to be leaking fuel out of the side of the engine, underneath the electrical boxes that are mounted to the right side of the engine.
Any ideas before I start pulling things apart...
I am winterizing my boat for the first time, when spraying fogging oil into the carbs it caused the engine to sputter but it would not stall out.
After I went through a full can, I shut the motor off with the key.
